Kimchi, traditionally made in Asia and especially Korea, is a superfood when it comes to gut health. This naturally fermented cabbage goes well as a side dish to potatoes, meat, cheese, or can even be enjoyed alone as a snack. 

 

Our kimchi is prepared in the most natural way, by utilizing the wild lactic acid fermentation process that does not include starter cultures or additives. Our product is also unpasteurized, so it provides not only important nutrients but also a high concentration of probiotics. Best enjoyed cold.
